Check out this video of David Allen talking about his office/workspace:

One thing that I notice is how organized his office is (to be expected) and how he relies on paper a pen quite a bit. I have tried to eliminate paper completely. I am relying on electronic tools - iPhone, Evernote, etc. for collections, processing and archiving of information. It does make me thing that I should consider where do I include paper/pen effectively in my work flow.
Thoughts?

The problem with his office is all of the paper. I like keeping things in EverNote- my iPhone is close by, the stack of paper probably not.
I totally agree. I despise paper because even if it gets filed, it is not possible to search it and pull it up from any location.
Evernote rules for this kind of thing!
