A lot of the same things I would add. But you already know we like the same software :) For me I would have to add, Accordance Bible Software, Transmit,ColorSchemer,Espresso,Fission,Screenflow,Phototshop, and lastpass

Nice list. I would add Perian, Flip4Mac, Echofon, Delibar, DropBox, an FTP client, an RSS reader (NetNewsWire, Gruml or a Google Reader Fluid app) and Apache Directory Studio. I don't even install the Novell Client any longer, the built-in Snow Leopard client works great.
